vicbrenner coins is named after Victor D. Brenner, the designer of the Lincoln Cent, which was first issued 100 years ago! The Lincoln Cent is the single longest running US coin in history and the most prevalent piece of art on the planet!

Although we sell many types of US coins, our specialty is the Lincoln Cent. This is THE coin many of us started collecting in our youth. The "Wheat Penny", minted from 1909 through 1958 is pure 100% nostalgia. This year's Centennial Anniversary of the Lincoln Cent has greatly increased today's interest in this coin. The US Mint is introducing four new commemorative designs of the reverse of the Lincoln Cent this year to further fuel the excitement.

Many of today's collectors have dusted off their original collection and are in the process of of completing it. Armed with a refreshed interest and a larger budget, many are upgrading the coins in their set to higher, more attractive grades.  Some of our customers allow us to sell their old coins for them as they purchase upgrades.
